I have visited several BWWs across the U.S. This one was one of the worst. While I understand it's new, the service and quality of food poor. Upon seating, we waited 10 minutes for the waiter to appear. When he finally took our order -- it took 27 minutes for it to be served -- of course, my onion rings were cold. I sent them back, and by the time they were brought out, I had already finished my meal. I ordered a burger with onion rings for $8.79 and the rings were an additional 99 cents. The waiter was so KIND that he took an entire 99 cents off of our bill for the "inconvenience." The manager didn't even bother to come by to see if everything was OK. This was our first visit to this location and it will be our last.

This franchise seems to be declining in quality year after year, yet their prices seem to go up... On a positive note, this particular Bdubs seems to be a tad bit better than others. Our server was very friendly and kept everyone's drink full. The food was decent. My only gripe would be that half of my boneless wings were only coated about 50% with wing sauce. The rest were covered pretty good. I've taken to just getting food at bdubs any more. If you take a family of four out for dinner and add a couple drinks to the mix, your bill is going to be like $60-$70. Too bad because it really is a good atmosphere to hangout and watch games over a few beers, but it's just gotten too expensive.

I only gave you one star because I had too. Our waitress was terrible. We had been here for 30 and just now got our drinks. There was another table that got there food and drinks before we could even be acknowledged for our drink orders. Ridiculous but the manager came over and said he would pay for it. We are traveling back to Kentucky. Terrible.

This is our home base bar. Good service and good food. Also, they have daily specials that are different for each day. You won't find a better spot to watch a ball game. It's basically as advertised.

Really nice restaurant- lots of seating and TVs. Service was awful- waitress was hanging out at another customer's table the whole time. Some other guy brought out our food and our waitress thanked him profusely (probably because she forgot about us). She screwed up our order, didn't bring refills on drinks, and there was a hair in my food. I love Bdubs so I was super disappointed in this location.

I have visited this location 3 times while I was out in the area... Over all it is a good environment. Lots of TV's with all the games playing, a good selection of beer and mixed drinks! They are open later than any other establishment in the area so this would most likely be the place to come to for a nightcap. My only issues would be with the waiters/service.... I had come one time and we had a party of about 7 and wanted to sit in the bar. It was after 9pm... and the place was pretty empty and they told me it would take 10 min for them to put tables together. That kind of annoyed me, I could totally understand if they were busy, but they definitely were not. My other issue was the waiter that night. He didn't know the beer on tap, didn't know that bourbon on the rocks comes in a rocks glass, not a shot glass with ice. And he didn't put down any napkins... that annoyed me as well- water rings on the table are a pet peeve of mine. Our first server was amazing though. Very thorough and polite. Watch out for their hot hot hot wing sauce though- Wings are their specialty and when it says keep away from babies and eyes.... They are not joking around! lol They also have nightly specials like 60 cent wings and stuff... I like it.

place is no good! very poorly run...said we would wait a hr..2 hr later no seat...sorry we cant seat you..no apology from mgmt etc...they saw us and many more leave..they could have stated earlier they could not take care of us...one guy falling down drunk...said..oh it happens. ..did nothing when he fell into my child...keep your money n stay home.
